Hope In The Far Reaches is about loyalty,Dogs are special creatures,When they are stays,They are looked down upon,No one cares what life they used to have.Most were thrown out,By there unloyal master,You could call this dog in my poem Hope,She looks for the best of things it seems,But once in a while she thinks of her unloyal owner.She thinks the same of her first owner,Except till the end.Hope In The Far Reaches is about Hope,No matter what you think of strays or homeless people,Every one was on this earth for a reason. Could I have been better to you, You turned me down like a torn shoe, My adorable puppy face and eyes lured you in, Now gray hairs poke out of my muzzle, My fur reeks of city fumes, But I long to be with you, In the countryside, Until you left me to die, As I carry the dead wieght of pups, I wait, For a cartain someone, Someone who cares more of me than you, As I see that slim body come in view, The body of a homeless boym He brought food that made your mouth water, I almost drooled on my paws, Months have passed and my pups are in a box, My human keeps yelling strange barks, I watch a couple with high priced clothes and such Pass us with no noitice, But for a little girl,She came smiling, And barking unexplainable barks, The couple returned grabbing my pups box, The girl grabbed the boys hand leading him away, I sat there wondering what life they might have, Until the girl moitions me over, I run my tounge lolling, Finally I am wanted, Now I am a house dog, I carry a leather stap around my neck, My owners take me for walks every day, Until I saw your face, You hold a can rattling with coins, My owners toss me a chunk of bread, I walked over, Setting it in your hands, You burst in tears, You reward me with pats and hugs, I sit there, Starting all over just for you, Now again I am a mangy mutt, Only looked down upon, But at least I am at your side
